An object of movement, shaped by proportion.

01 / HISTORICAL REFERENCE
Where the idea
begins.
The V&A’s shoe collection traces more than 3,000 years of design. Heel shapes, heights and materials have changed repeatedly; forms that look new can echo ideas explored centuries earlier.

02 / PRESENT DESIGN STUDY
The BRADICAN footwear study brings together polished loafer and boot forms, understated court and terrace-inspired sneakers, and layered sport-inspired silhouettes.
Why it matters.
A shoe finishes a silhouette and supports everyday movement. Appearance and comfort must be considered together; a dramatic shape alone does not establish performance.
03 / THE BRADICAN INTERPRETATION
We create
fashion ideas.
Stride, Tempo and Velocity explore three moods: composed, relaxed and energetic. We imagine quiet panel arrangements, balanced sole volume and house details noticed up close.

BRADICAN’s ambition is premium design with carefully considered materials, fit and finishing. These are the details we intend to evaluate as the concepts move towards finished products.
- Fit and internal comfort
- Upper and sole material specification
- Flex, grip and wear testing
Illustrations and current catalogue designs are concepts. Final materials, construction, test results and care information will be specified on the finished product page when confirmed.
